2013 Venom GT Spyder

Earlier in the year, we caught a quick glimpse of the 2013 Venom GT Spyder, and now we have some official specifications to really get an idea what this beautiful beast is capable of.

This lightweight, rear wheel drive monster pumps out an astounding 1200 horsepower, and with a mid engine setup, you will truly appreciate the sounds of a twin turbo 6.2 liter V8. The vehicle allows the driver three different power outputs including 800 hp, 1000 hp, and of course the previously mentioned 1200 horsepower. There is a reason that Top Gear was quoted calling this vehicle “The fastest car in the world.”  The 2013 Venom GT Spyder is literally a rocket, reaching 60 miles per hour in just 2.5 seconds, while getting all the way up to 200 miles per hour in just 15.3 seconds from a complete stand still.
