60th Anniversary Package Chevrolet Corvette 427 Convertible

It’s hard to believe that it has been 60 years since one of America’s finest automobiles has hit the tarmac. First released in 1953, the Chevrolet Corvette has since become nothing short of an icon amongst automotive enthusiasts, and the vehicle’s popularity shows no signs of declining.

To celebrate the Corvette’s 60th birthday, Chevy will be introducing the Chevrolet Corvette 427 Convertible 60th Anniversary Package. The vehicle is pumping out 505 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque thanks to a 427 cubic inch LS7 V8. To keep the sporty feeling going, Chevy will make this car available as a 6 speed only, and the 60th Anniversary Package includes the pictured Arctic White paint job with diamond leather wrapped leather interior. This vehicle features plenty of carbon fiber body panels, helping the vehicle shed some pounds, dropping the zero to 60 mile an hour time to 3.8 seconds.
